This 21.3 ha Guest House on the R103 in the Lidgetton area situated 14 km outside the town of Howick in the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands is 11 km from Michael House, one of the top boarding schools in the country. It comprises of a guest house complex, 4 cottages and a main house.
The guest house complex consists of a 34 seater indoor restaurant, large kitchen and pub, formal lounge with fire place, TV lounge, reception area and office, covered veranda which could seat another 30 people overlooking the swimming pool with nearby tennis court. I've mentioned the tennis court, but there is still a 12m x 9m shed, 12m shipping container, 6 rooms for staff, 2 boreholes, 3 phase electricity, and grazing lands.
This property needs an energetic person to give it stick. Currently not running but has the potential to be turned back into a great guest house or even a stepdown facility.
