Kathy Legemaate

I began my career in Human Resources, at first I was a generalist. Then I went into training and finally recruitment. This is very similar to Real Estate. I now match people to homes, rather than people to jobs!

I am married to John, a school teacher at Penzance, and I have 2 sons, aged 11 and 9. I also have three adorable kitties. I have lived in Glenwood for the last 17 years. I really love living in Glenwood for its family, suburban and yet eclectic vibe in the suburb.
I consider myself a multi-skilled agent with a network to match!
I truly love selling property... and that's why I excel at it.
Matching buyers and properties is what I enjoy most. I have good all-round marketing skills and I think out of the box when it comes to marketing a " special home " ..... your home.
I am extremely organised and I know that my administrative skills support my selling skills in a tough market. I am an excellent communicator and I relate well to people.

My job is complete :-
- When I get invited for tea to look at what improvements they have done.
- When the bachelor who bought calls me back to sell and find him a family home.
- When my clients become my friends.
