Tyson Properties has expanded their service offering with the launch of a property management division.
Tyson Property Management was established in answer to the high demand for reliable property managers who are educated on the Sectional Title/Companies Act.
“Our property management team will service residential clients and will continue to provide the sound, professional service that people have come to expect from Tyson Properties,” said CEO Chris Tyson.
To this end property management specialist Claudine Double was appointed at the beginning of April to head up the division.
Double has been in the property industry for more than eight years and has specialised in property management for the last four. She is very knowledgeable in the Sectional Title/Company Act and is passionate about looking after her client’s investments.
“I am very proud to have been given the opportunity to head up the division and I look forward to growing our client base,” she said.
The division has already made great inroads in their first three months of operation and is proud of their appointment as managing agent of some exclusive developments, which include The Executive, in La Lucia Ridge, the North Condos Body Corporate, south Condos Body Corporate and Harrogate Hall in Morningside.
“After numerous requests to do property management we took our time in putting the right people in place to deliver the exceptional service that our clients have become accustomed to,” said Tyson.
Tyson Property Management will focus on ensuring that their bodies corporate and associations are run and managed honestly and that they comply with legislation.
Services on offer will include daily administration, annual budgets, levy calculations, general accounting functions, management of the property insurance portfolio, organisation of trustees and director’s meetings and document management.
“We look forward to giving our clients the service they deserve, where they can be rest assured that there life-long investment and interests are in good capable hands,” said Tyson.
Tyson Properties is a proud supporter of The Sunflower Fund and is looking forward to being involved in their upcoming Golf Day.
The golf day will raise money for the tissue typing of potential bone marrow stem cell donors for inclusion on The South African Bone Marrow Registry. The more donors on the Registry, the more hope leukaemia patients have of finding their 1:100 000 lifesaving donor match.
Although it only takes two test tubes of blood to become a donor, it costs The Sunflower Fund R2000 to tissue type this blood sample before the details can be included on the Registry which is why fundraising is as essential as educating and recruiting caring, committed, ethnically diverse donors.
The golf day will be held at Mount Edgecombe Country Club on August 5 and we are appealing to all our contacts to possibly assist us in making this day a success. We are looking for goody bag items, prizes for the 4 Ball and the sponsorship of beverages and snacks. All sponsors’ logos will be added to the audiovisual screen during prize-giving and dinner.
