Durban's Hot Property Locations

Chris Tyson, chief executive officer of Tyson Properties, says as Africa’s fastest growing city, Durban is an exciting place to work, play and live in.
 
Tyson explains that KwaZulu-Natal is one of the country’s most beautiful provinces with world-class beaches, mountains and wilderness areas, the second largest contributor to national gross domestic profit, and home to Africa’s busiest port.
 
Home buyers and investors find the province an ideal location as it offers sublime weather to sensational holiday accommodation, high-end residential gated estates to prime investment opportunities.
 
“It’s a province still growing into itself, which means opportunities a-plenty for entrepreneurs,” he says. 
 
There is a range of dynamic and diverse plans being rolled out, which offer untold opportunities for commercial and industrial investment throughout the province.
 
Whether it’s the blueprint for the new Rapid Transport System or unlocking investment/commercial potential in a range of specified zones and nodes, there’s no province in the next decade which has the volume or diversity of opportunities on the table for the taking, he explains.
