The Homeowner Sentiment Index and its sub-indices are based on a quarterly survey of existing and prospective homeowners in major urban areas in South Africa, and present insight on consumer sentiment regarding the buying, selling, investing, renting and the renovating of residential property, as well as property market conditions in general.
